8 Detox Bath Recipes To Cleanse Your Body

8 Detox Bath Recipes To Cleanse Your Body

Detox baths are great for getting rid of toxins in the body, as well as relieving aches and pains brought on by physical exertion. For frequent travelers, like me, detox baths are beneficial to help remove toxins brought on by the constant exposure to environmental radiation, TSA screenings, plane flights, and X-rays. These therapeutic baths, also help strengthen our immune systems  and aid in preventing disease.

I’ve compiled 8 great detox recipes to try.  Please be sure to refrain from eating right before and after the detox bath. Also, keep plenty of water by your side. When detoxing, you need to drink plenty of water.
